Multiple mini-interviews predict clerkship and licensing examination performance.

Summary: The multiple mini-interview (MMI) is the best predictor for subsequent candidate performance 3 years later on standardized measures of softer skills.  It provides predictability where cognitive measures like grade point average and aptitude tests cannot.
